Standard Turnaround Time

• Delivery Window: Finalized, signed clinical evaluation reports are delivered within 14 to 21 business days following the completion of all required clinical assessment sessions and receipt of background case materials (e.g., client legal declarations, medical/psychiatric records).

• Queue & Scheduling Policy: Cases are queued in the order received upon receipt of the initial intake submission. Delivery windows begin only after the completion of clinical interview sessions and receipt of essential case documents.

Capacity & Availability

• Clinical evaluation sessions are conducted in dedicated weekly appointment blocks to maintain rigorous diagnostic standards and ensure timely report drafting.

• Upon submission of a referral, legal teams and clients will be offered the next available assessment block on the calendar.

Expedited & Rush Services

• Availability: Expedited processing is available on a limited basis for cases subject to impending Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) court dates or strict USCIS Request for Evidence (RFE) deadlines. Rush accommodations depend on current caseload capacity.

• Rush Schedule & Fees:

  • Expedited Processing (under 14 Business Days): Additional $500 rush fee.

• Note: Expedited timelines commence only after clinical interviews are concluded and necessary client background records are received.
